Sales:

All sales are final. 

All guitars come with a hard shell case. 

Shipping:

Shipping Rates are for the United States. Rates include shipping, handling and packing materials.

Prior to being shipped to a customer, a guitar receives a light set-up. It is properly packed in a hard shell case and ships within 5-7 business days following a paid (cleared) order. It is expected to arrive in the same condition in which it has been shipped. Arrival times will depend on a buyer's specific location and type of shipping requested (expedited ship is available and can be requested at checkout).

 

To have a guitar shipped outside of the United States, please contact me via email for rates that apply. Specific ship instructions, and all costs, including taxes, will be calculated at checkout. All major credit cards are accepted.  

Refunds:

A refund is considered in the event that a guitar arrives damaged from shipping. The buyer is required to immediately (upon receipt of guitar) contact Julie Rosenberg by phone to report such damage. Photos of the damages (the shipping box and the guitar) must be taken. The buyer is required to repack the damaged guitar in its original case, using the original packing materials and securely provide a return ship within two (2) business days of receiving the guitar, at the buyer's own cost. Following the receipt and inspection of the damaged guitar, a refund will be issued and may take up to two (2) weeks to process.       
 

Deposits:

A 50% non-refundable deposit on all custom work is due once a quote is agreed to, in writing. Work will commence once the deposit has been cleared. 

Payment:

Payment is made by credit card. All major credit cards are accepted.
