All sales are final.
Guitars are maintained in excellent condition, under strict humidification control and are played minimally for demo, testing and promotional purposes. They are free of blemishes and are in MINT condition.
Buyers are encouraged to ask questions before making a purchase. Every attempt is made to provide exacting images of each guitar. Colors may vary only slightly across media platforms.
Guitars are securely packed and ready to ship within 5-7 Business days of a paid order. Arrival times will depend on a buyer's location and type of shipping requested (expedited ship is available and can be requested at checkout). Currently, guitars can only be shipped to buyers located in the United States. Specific ship instructions, and all costs, including taxes, will be calculated at checkout. All major credit cards are accepted.
Returns can only be made if a guitar arrives damaged, in which case, it has arrived in a condition unlike when it was packed up and shipped. In the event that a guitar arrives damaged, the buyer must immediately (upon receipt of guitar) contact Julie Rosenberg who will authorize the return. Photos of the damages (the shipping box and the guitar) must be taken by the buyer. Upon approval of the return, the buyer is required to repack the damaged guitar in its original case, using the original packing materials and securely provide a return ship within 3-days of receiving the guitar, at the buyer's own cost. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned damaged guitar, a refund will then be issued and credited to the buyer's account. Refunds may take up to two (2) weeks to process.
A 50% non-refundable deposit on custom and any new work is due once a quote is agreed to, in writing, by the customer. Work will commence once the deposit has been received. In the event that a custom order is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.
Payment for a guitar and for new work is made by credit card. All major credit cards are accepted.
